Who we are

CoMng.AI ("we", "us") operates this website and the CoMng.AI application. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact support@comng.ai.

What we collect on this website

Contact and pricing forms: your name, work email, message and the plan you are interested in. We use them only to reply to your request (legal basis: your request / our legitimate interest in answering it). We keep them as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship.

Server data: your IP address is processed to deliver the site, prevent abuse and rate-limit forms.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and sends usage data to Google only if you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you click Reject (or do nothing), analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Legal basis: your consent.

To be able to demonstrate your choice, we keep a record containing a random consent ID generated in your browser, your choice (accept/reject), the date and time, the policy version and the page. It contains no IP address or other identifier; quote your consent ID (shown in Cookie settings) if you contact us about it. We keep these records for 3 years.

Fonts are hosted on our own servers; no request is made to Google Fonts.

The CoMng.AI application

When you start free you are taken to the application at comng.ai/app, where you can sign in with Google. Data you create in the application (projects, documents, team members) is handled as described in the application's terms and privacy information shown there.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with providers that help run the service (hosting, email delivery, Google Analytics if you consent) under appropriate contracts. Some providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under recognised transfer safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK and California) you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@comng.ai. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
